日本は前回より順位を4ランクアップの20位となり、イランを抜いてアジアトップとなりました。
W杯優勝のアルゼンチンは1ランクアップの2位、アフリカ勢初のベスト4に輝いたモロッコは11ランクアップの11位と大躍進を果たしました。
